基于多图谱的图像分割方法因其分割精度高和鲁棒性强,在医学图像分割领域被广泛研究,主要包含图像配准和标签融合两个步骤.目前对多图谱分割方法的研究通常都是在图谱图像和待分割目标图像具有相同分辨率的情况下展开的.然而,由于受图像采集时间,采集设备等影响,临床实践中采集的影像大多是低分辨率数据,使得目前在影像研究中广泛使用的方法无法有效应用于临床实践.因此,针对这一问题,我们结合图像超分辨率恢复方法,提出了精确鲁棒的低分辨率医学图像的多图谱分割方法,实验结果显示提出的方法显著地提高了多图谱分割方法的分割精度. 相似文献

为进一步提升图像比色法测定补铁药物中铁含量的准确性及普适性,考察了拍摄环境对结果的影响,确定了适用于图像比色分析的定量参数,比较使用不同容器来盛装溶液所获得的比色结果,在最优条件下测定了实际样品中铁的含量及加标回收率。结果显示,获得可靠数据的关键是将标准溶液、待测液以及空白溶液拍摄在同一张图片上;由溶液图像R值换算的吸光度值与浓度具有最佳的线性关系;分析以比色皿、试管、点滴板为容器获得的溶液图片,都能得到适合于定量比色分析的数据;测定的加标回收率大于95%。该方法操作简便,测定结果准确,可在各种条件下的高中化学实验室中开展。 相似文献

基于罗丹明的良好荧光性能, 经化学偶联反应制备并表征了一个偶氮乏氧特异响应的“Off-On”型荧光成像探针(FY-4). 从分子层面证实了其荧光“Off-On”性能和响应机制; 在L02正常细胞及4T1, HeLa和A549肿瘤细胞层面考察了其对受试细胞株的毒性和不同乏氧时间的荧光成像性能; 再利用4T1肿瘤模型, 分别以肿瘤原位注射和尾静脉注射的方式考察了其荧光成像性能, 并探究了其荧光成像介导切除肿瘤性能, 最后还考察了FY-4的生物安全性. 结果表明, FY-4有高的肿瘤乏氧靶向特异“关-开”响应的荧光成像差异显影及荧光成像介导切除肿瘤的潜能, 结合其良好的光物理性能、 生物安全性和明晰的给药时间等特性, 有望为生物医学荧光成像介导肿瘤切除提供新的研究工具. 相似文献

The generation of free radicals is a key process in the formation and the collapse of the bubbles in water, however, the direct and dynamic observation of the radicals in this process at single bubbles has never been achieved. Here, the hydroxyl (OH.) and oxygen (O2.−) radicals at single oxygen bubbles are continuously traced using chemiluminescence (CL), in which these radicals at the bubble react with the surrounding luminol in the solution emitting the light. Varied increase trends of luminescence are observed in the generation of a bubble, floating, short parking at the water/air interface and the final explosion, revealing the complexity in the distribution of radicals at the bubble unprecedentedly. Despite more radicals are observed at the bubble generated at a deep position under the water for the stabilization, almost the same amount of radicals are included in the bubbles that is independent on the water pressure during the production of the bubble. This rich information collected from the dynamic study of bubbles illustrates the complicated generation and distribution process of radicals at the bubbles, and will facilitate the understanding of the function about the bubbles. 相似文献

A fast and facile approach to synthesize highly nitrogen (N)-doped carbon dots (N-CDs) by microwave-assisted pyrolysis of chitosan, acetic acid and 1,2-ethylenediamine as the carbon source, condensation agent and N-dopant, respectively, is reported. The obtained N-CDs are fully characterized by elemental analysis, transmission electron microscopy, high-resolution transmission electron microscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction pattern, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, UV–vis absorption, and photoluminescence spectroscopy. Doping N heteroatoms benefits the generation of N-CDs with stronger fluorescence emission. As the emission of N-CDs is efficiently quenched by Fe3+, the as-prepared N-CDs are employed as a highly sensitive and selective probe for Fe3+ detection. The detection limit can reach as low as 10 ppb, and the linear range is 0.010–1.8 ppm Fe3+. The as-synthesized N-CDs have been successfully applied for cell imaging and detecting Fe3+ in biosystem. 相似文献

We report both the experimental and theoretical insights of differential electro‐diffusion behavior of carbon nanomaterials (e.g. single wall, multiwall carbon nanotubes, and graphene). We thus discriminate one from the other in a soft gel system. The differential mobility of such material depends on their intrinsic properties, both extend and rate of migration bearing the discriminatory signature. and LDV measurements are combined to investigate the process of acoustic streaming. It is found that this kind of acoustic

The interaction of a screw dislocation with an interfacial edge crack in a two-phase piezoelectric medium is investigated.
Closed-form solutions of the elastic and electrical fields induced by the screw dislocation are derived using the conformal
mapping method in conjunction with the image principle. Based on the electroelastic fields derived, the stress and electric
displacement intensity factors, the image force acting on the dislocation are given explicitly. We find that the stress and
electric displacement intensity factors depend on the effective electroelastic material constants. In the case where one of
two phases is purely elastic, the stress intensity factor and image force are plotted to illustrate the influences of electromechanical
coupling effect, the position of the dislocation and the material properties on the interaction mechanism.
